Due to Covid restrictions, this year’s North Central Conference Wrestling Championships were forced to host division teams at two sites, and the Lafayette Jeff Bronchos placed second in the West. Lafayette Jefferson High School’s Boys Basketball team managed an 80-47 win at home over North Central Conference foe Anderson. With the victory, the Bronchos improved to 12-0 overall and 2-0 in the NCC. Senior Northwestern commit Brooks Barnhizer led all scorers with 41 points, while Jordan Green added 13 and Owen Linder scored 10. LJHS

Bronchos News · Lafayette Jeff Places in NCC Swimming; Hosted by LJHS
Due to Covid restrictions at Purdue University, the Lafayette Jeff Bronchos hosted the North Central Conference Swimming Championships. The LJHS girls placed fifth out of nine teams, while the boys were seventh in the nine team field. Lydia Fox won the one-meter diving competition with a score of 304.95 to earn an NCC Individual Championship.
